At (TRANSCEND STORE), our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand). This means each product is printed specifically for you after the order is placed.
1. Damaged or Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (wrong size/design sent by us), we offer a free replacement. Please contact us at (transcendwe@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video of the product and packaging.
2. Size & Color Issues:
Since each item is custom-printed, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for size issues or if you change your mind. Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before ordering.
3. Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is sent to our printing partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Refund Process:
Once your return request for a damaged item is approved, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 working days. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method.
